Education in the Amazon
In the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, thousands of children face barriers to education that go far beyond the classroom. In Loreto, students often travel long distances to reach under-resourced schools, where overcrowded classrooms and limited access to qualified teachers make learning an uphill battle. For many families, poverty and isolation further widen the gap, making it difficult for children to complete even basic levels of education.

Our Approach
Academic Assistance
We equip students with tutoring, school supplies, and resources designed to strengthen both academic and life skills. Each lesson is built to encourage leadership, confidence, and a love for learning. To help fight food insecurity, every child also takes home a nutritious meal—fueling both their bodies and their potential.
Mentorship
Each student is paired with a caring mentor who provides emotional and spiritual support. Through consistent encouragement and guidance, mentors become trusted role models, helping students build character, resilience, and hope for the future.
Parental Engagement
We believe parents play a key role in a child’s success. Through resources and workshops on mental health, financial literacy, and personal growth, we help parents feel empowered and involved—strengthening families and reinforcing learning both at home and in the classroom.
